Hello! My name is Rosalee West.
I have been applying mindfulness in my own life for over 5 years, and I have seen it help me in every aspect of my life.
Mindfulness has helped me learn how to see and accept happiness. As I have learned more about mindfulness, I have a desire to help people learn it as well.
I earned my degree in Health Psychology. Health Psychology focuses on the connections between mental health and physical health.
Mindfulness can be used to help in both aspects as well. As you learn to become in tune with yourself, you will be able to live in the present moment and learn your own needs.
