Grief

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.

Revelation 21:4 KJV

Everyone at some point in their life will experience some form of grief. Grief is normal and should not be avoided in situations where it is needed. For some people, however, their grief is so strong that they do not know how to cope with it. It can be overwhelming and painful.

Grief, if unresolved, can lead to anxiety or depression. We help people who are experiencing grief go through the process naturally in such a way that will help them recover from whatever caused the grief. In psychotherapy, we can help you feel those emotions and also know what to do with them so they don’t lead to other conditions.
