Individual Therapy focuses on self-growth by taking into account your past. It is important when you’re wanting to change to take an inventory of your past health — physical, emotional, and mental. We can guide you in this process and help overcome any concerns you may have in developing the best course of action.

It is also important to learn how to change for the better. If your goal is self-growth and an increased awareness, we can help provide you strategies for changing behaviors and unwanted thoughts. In individual therapy, you can expect to better yourself and better your life. You will gain the tools needed to increase your self-esteem, make healthy decisions, make and reach goals, overcome obstacles, and learn compassion.

With God’s help, it is my goal to support you in your individual goals and overcome whatever difficulties that are in your life.
