There are many coping skills that can help with feelings of anxiety, depression, or even anger. We can help you learn and apply these skills in your life. These coping skills can help you with many degrees of stress- including panic attacks or mild anxiety. Some coping skills are as easy as taking a walk. Others are more complex and need more training.

Some coping skills may work in one situation while you might need another in a different situation. Having several coping skills available is important so that you can try several that work best for you.
