Do I need therapy

Do I Need Individual Therapy?

“Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do…Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.”

(1 Thessalonians 5:11,14)

Individual therapy focuses on individual growth and development. In life, we all try to be the best that we can be. Everyday we can be better than the day before. Sometimes in life, we come across difficulties that interfere with our daily lives and our happiness. My goal is to help through those difficulties.

Heavenly Father loves all of His children and wants them to learn in this life. He wants us to become like him in every way possible and focus on becoming the best we can be. For some people, in order to look towards the future, they need to understand how their past influences them. In individual therapy, I can help individuals learn from their past and how to move into the future. I teach skills about how to overcome challenges that life gives to us.

Do I need Therapy

I help provide strategies for self-growth and awareness. I will work with you to recognize what is holding you back from happiness in your life. I have helped many people cope with and overcome the effects of anxiety, depression, and other mental and emotional challenges.

Personal growth requires personal awareness. This can sometimes be painful at first, but I am there every step of the way. I teach individuals skills to navigate through life. I help people learn how to make healthy decisions, accomplish goals, learn compassion, increase their self esteem, overcome obstacles, and more. Change is part of life and part of Heavenly Father’s plan for us. Learning how to change for the better can give hope for a better future.
